We hope you will find V.Groups apps easy to use and helpful, but if you are experiencing any issues with our apps or would like to send us any comments or feedback, this page can help you.

If you are using the V.Group Owners App then a quick reference guide is available here.

However, if you are still experiencing issues then please contact us initially by e-mail to  Please include the following information in your email to aid the Technical Support Team:

  • Identify the App in your subject line (eg, Owners App)
  • The device you are using (e.g. iPhone 6)
  • The operating system you are using (e.g. iOS 10.2.1)
  • A screenshot if that is possible, and
  • As much information on the issue/feedback as you can.

Please do remember that all our Apps are developed exclusively for our clients on their preferred platforms and do require a secure and authenticated account prior to usage.
